Why should businesses buy an ad?

Every year our school produces a yearbook to preserve school memories for students, their families, and our community. The yearbook is a strong tradition in our school, and we strive to deliver the best possible yearbook for our students each year.  To help us create a high-quality yearbook at a price all families can afford, we count on the support of local businesses through advertising. In fact, due to community support from businesses like yours, we are able to sell the book to our students at a below cost rate.

Advertising in the Fergus Falls High School annual provides an excellent opportunity for you to get exposure for your business.  Advertising in the yearbook sends a strong message to area families that you support our school.  In addition, you will benefit from:

• Increased exposure: No one throws their yearbook away! Students and their families look over their yearbooks repeatedly over the years, so your ad will be seen time and time again. 

• Targeted audience:  Advertising in the yearbook is targeted directly to young people and their families.

• Value: The yearbook ad is a great value.  You will find price information for various sizes and types of ads enclosed with this letter. Compare these prices to a one-week ad in the newspaper or a radio spot. What a bargain!

Some other information that might be handy:

All ads are full color. You may either provide a completed ad, or you may provide logo/graphics and the information you desire to be included in your ad. We can design it for you and provide a proof for approval. 

How Much? All ad sizes are based on an 8.5” x 11” size of paper. 

Don’t want an ad, but want to donate? 

We have 2 options for you. You can donate a book to a student who is unable to afford a book. Your name will be listed as book donor in the Advertisement section.

You can also choose to donate an amount to yearbook of your choosing that will help us stay up to date on technology and other costs of running the class.
